Complaints
Complaints should be submitted to the address [email protected] in the subject of the message, providing the name of the goods being complained about, the reason for the complaint, the date of the transaction and the Buyer’s data. In the content of the e-mail, please send photo documentation and a description of the complaint.
Returns
The Buyer’s withdrawal from the Agreement is limited. The right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason is not entitled to the consumer if the Buyer has opened the sealed packaging of the goods, which after opening cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons in accordance with the provisions of the Act: Art. 38. Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights: The right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises or at a distance is not available to the consumer in relation to contracts: 5) where the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or reasons hygienic, if the packaging has been opened after delivery.
The Buyer has 14 days to withdraw from the Agreement by sending to the following address: Canna Hemp Lab sp.z o.o., Focha 14/8, 26-610 Radom a package containing the returned goods and an e-mail to the address [email protected] entitled RETURN. In the content of the message, the Buyer should include a declaration of withdrawal from a distance contract. The declaration must contain:

the wording “I declare that, in accordance with Article 27 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), I withdraw from the contract of sale of the following goods:”
indication of the goods subject to return by specifying: the name of the goods, the quantity of the goods purchased, the date of purchase of the goods, the date of receipt of the goods “
providing the Buyer’s personal data
indication of the bank account number to which the refund is to be made
a copy of the e-mail sent must be attached to the shipment.
