Privacy policy

I. General information

1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by customers in connection with their use of the Store operated by the Seller at the Internet address www.fullspectrum.pl and contains information on cookies.

3. The data controller informs that he uses cookies and geolocation technologies on the Store’s website.

II. Purposes and duration of personal data processing

The data controller will process the Customer’s personal data only for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and will not further process them in a manner inconsistent with these purposes. The Customer’s personal data will be processed for the purpose of:

1. creating an Account on the website in accordance with the Regulations pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b) GDPR for the duration of the Sales Agreement, if the account is not created on the website or after the account is deleted, the data will be archived and not used beyond the purpose related to the investigation, defense or determination of mutual claims.
2. conclusion and performance of the Sales Agreement in accordance with the Regulations pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b) GDPR for the duration of the contract and until the deadlines for pursuing claims,
3. considering complaints pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c) GDPR for 1 year after the expiry of the warranty or settlement of the complaint,
4. pursuing claims related to the concluded contract pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR, where the legitimate aim is to recover receivables, until the final completion of the proceedings, including enforcement proceedings,
5. fulfillment of public law obligations (e.g. tax obligations) in connection with the conclusion of a service contract in accordance with the Regulations, including archiving settlement documents pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c) GDPR until the expiry of the limitation period for the tax obligation,
6. marketing and geolocation for the purpose of presenting personalized advertising – for this purpose, the Customer will be asked for additional consent pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) GDPR, until the consent is withdrawn, and after the withdrawal only to defend against claims (for the period of limitation of claims for infringement of personal rights).
